Here's increment no.1 of SML.net. 

I've made the major changes (i hope). 

Also, i have added most of the new content:*( The fund-raising letter ASMI wanted is not here, so i'm leaving Dr.Andrew's letter in 'About Asmi' for the meanwhile. Also, there's a mention about a document called treatment_combined.doc. I can't find it. I have one called treatment.doc which is pretty much the same as the one i had before. 

What to do about the Questionnaire? There isn't anything in Glenn's mails about it. Does it have to be intelligent? What's a "screening tool device"?

I'm now working on the images since they haven't sent us any yet. Amit's uploading the site now, if there's anything that needs to be done urgently, pls let me know asap.

I've added all the animations they wanted. Can't think of anything else...
