Pitching Biomechanics Evaluation Options

Biomechanical pitching evaluations, high speed video, strength & conditioning sessions, and personalized pitching instruction is available to any pitcher at any level. Listed below are several combinations that ASMI feels would be beneficial to a pitcher. Please note that these are only a few of the possible options available. In addition, individual biomechanical evaluations, high speed video, strength & conditioning, and pitching instruction is available.

·         3 pitching lessons (American Baseball Foundation)

 

Option 2: No-Hitter Package

·         Computerized motion analysis of your mechanics compared to elite pitchers (ASMI)

·         DVD of high-speed video (ASMI)

·         Physical evaluation and 1 strength & conditioning session (Champion Sports Medicine)

·         1 pitching lesson (American Baseball Foundation)

 

Option 3: Shutout Package

·         DVD of high-speed video (ASMI)

·         Review of high-speed video (American Baseball Foundation)

·         Physical evaluation (Champion Sports Medicine)
